The portal provides immediate, secure transfer of documents and retains a permanent and accessible record of them.
Your secure Bates Weston portal will be tailored to your business interests – so if you have 6 companies and would like all data placed into one portal we can do that, or if you prefer you can have 6 separate portals.
All you need is an email address, a PC, software capable of opening a PDF document and an internet connection.
How to get started
We will meet with you to prepare your portal agreement – this simply confirms which information relating to your business interests you would like to be accessible from your portal.
The portal is accessed from the Bates Weston website – so if you are already a registered user, with a password and login, that is the one you need for your portal. Don’t worry if you don’t already have a website login – it’s very easy to set up and we can do it for you.
Retrieving information from the portal and sending information to us is very straightforward and we will provide you with a training guide for this (very short, very simple!). Of course our IT team are on hand should you need their assistance.
The portal service is free of charge.
