About Wayne

Wayne’s really good at listening to his clients and working out how to help them. He’s particularly good at owner managed business – not only because he looks after lots of them, but because he owns and manages this one.

He’s also keenly interested in the Charities, not for profit and education sector. He often tells us that he started out back in the day – as an audit clerk writing the working papers for Repton’s audit. It’s a testament to the effort both the school and we put into our relationship that we still look after them all these years later. Our newest education clients are from the academies sector, and once again it’s the involved, hands on approach that clients tell us they appreciate.

Paul Collins, GNT UK Ltd.

“Bates Weston understands our school, working efficiently and unobtrusively to ensure that our financial management systems comply with all regulations. Their friendly audit team works around our timetable and thorough audit planning and clearance meetings ensure we work alongside one another effectively. It is also reassuring to know that we can call on their experts in tax and VAT as required.”
