We are open for business
As many of you know, although our offices have been closed, we have continued to take care of our clients throughout the Covid-19 crisis. We want to take the opportunity to thank you for bearing with us as we modify our working practices to comply with all government guidance.
The majority of our staff continue to work from home and, as we have remote access to all our systems, we are able to continue to provide all our usual services. Indeed, during Covid-19 we have added new services such as calculating and submitting furlough claims and advising on the full suite of government support available.
Here is a recap of our current operating procedures:
- Staff continue to work effectively from home but reception is manned to redirect calls and enquiries as necessary. Please note that we are open, but we can’t let you in!
- We are conducting most meetings by telephone or video and we encourage you to get in touch with us to arrange this. If you would prefer to meet with us in person, we can arrange this too. Just call or email Michelle on 01332 email@example.com or your usual Bates Weston contact and let us know what suits you best.
- If you need to send us information, you can help us by sending it digitally via your portal. If you don’t have a portal set up or you need our help to send your business records digitally, please get in touch with us. We can help you with this.
- If you have to drop things off at our offices physically, please press the intercom buzzer and Michelle will take the items from you, observing the strict 2 metres of safe social distance
